Pets are free to stay, but are subject to availability.

Contact the hotel in advance. In the absence of this prior request, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or charge a fee of 20.00EUR. The guest must accept the policy and conditions described here, signing this document before or at check-in.

The animal must have an updated Vaccination Report, microchip (mandatory for dogs born after July 1, 2008), registration and license. The owner must also ensure that it is in good health and free from parasites.

The hotel reserves the right to define the type and location of the room to be allocated (certain rooms being more appropriate for the animal's well-being).

The animal should never be left alone, without the company of the guest/owner (if this happens, the reception must be informed), the animal's stay in the restaurant, breakfast room, bar and social areas is permitted, without a leash, if do not disturb other guests.

The hotel will request the immediate departure of any animal that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, without any reduction in the value of the animal's (or its owners') stay for days not elapsed.

The guest/owner is responsible for cleaning up their pet's waste throughout the exterior and interior perimeter of the hotel. If the animal is in the room during normal cleaning and housekeeping hours, the guest/owner must contact Reception to arrange another convenient time.

The guest/animal owner is responsible for all material and personal damage caused by the animal's action and agrees to assume the costs arising from any claims or losses arising therefrom towards the hotel, employees, guests or other customers or suppliers.

Prior to check-out, an extra cleaning fee or additional cost for any damage caused by the animal may be charged.
